Jump Rope For Heart and Hoops For Heart Grants
Southwest District AAHPERD will award four $500 grants to schools from different states within the Southwest District for K-12 Jump Rope For Heart and Hoops For Heart programs.

The applicant must have held a JRFH/HFH event the previous two consecutive years and be registered to hold an event during the current year Applicants may not have received a SWDAAHPERD JRFH/HFH Grant in the previous 5 years. All applicants must be National AAHPERD members. A one-page narrative evaluation will be submitted to the Southwest District AAHPERD JRFH/HFH Coordinator in May 2013.

All grant applications must be received or postmarked by May 20, 2012.
